Create a line list, share a recording link, receive takes from the
performer, review each line, request retakes, and keep the delivery files
organized in one browser-based workflow.
What is TakeFlow?
TakeFlow is a browser-based recording workflow for narration, voice-over, game dialogue, e-learning, short-form ads, and other spoken-word projects. It is designed for cases where sending a spreadsheet, collecting audio files, renaming takes, checking retakes, and delivering final files becomes messy.
Create a project, import or enter lines, share a recording link, and review submitted takes line by line.
Open the link, record each line in the browser, listen back, and submit the selected take.
Keep takes, line status, notes, and file names organized so the project does not turn into file chaos.
How it works
- Create a project. Add the project title and requester information.
- Prepare the line list. Enter lines directly or prepare them in Excel / Google Sheets.
- Share the recording link. The performer can record from a browser without seeing payment or account settings.
- Review takes. Check submitted takes per line, mark OK, request retakes, or leave notes.
- Deliver files. Download or organize the selected takes for delivery.
Line list template
For Excel or Google Sheets, use one row per line. Keep the first row as the header. Avoid merged cells, empty rows, and multiple lines inside one cell.

Recommended rules
- Required columns: No, Line
- Optional columns: Character, Direction, File name, Notes
- Free beta guide: Up to 40 lines per project, up to 1 minute per line, one submitted take per line.
- Google Sheets: Use File → Download → Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) or CSV before importing.
Beta limits
During the beta period, limits may change as the service is tested and improved.
- Up to 3 free projects per requester account.
- Up to 40 lines per project.
- Up to 1 minute per line.
- One submitted take per line in the free beta.
- Recording pages do not show pricing or payment options to performers.
Languages
This page is prepared for multilingual support. The first version focuses on English and Japanese so the product can be explained clearly to both requesters and performers.
